Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused qualified to lead our Client Success function, with a robust emphasis on relationship management, operational excellence, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing key accounts, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the travel business and client needs.
Manage key marine and corporate accounts, ensuring retention and growth of existing clients while developing new relationships.
Conduct regular client meetings, gather feedback, and proactively address issues impacting business performance.
Execute follow-up calls and visits to strengthen client engagement.
Provide on-call support for emergency travel situations, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate escalation of visa cases and other critical client requirements.
Deliver impactful corporate sales presentations and prepare operational procedures tailored to client needs.
Generate and deliver periodic MIS reports to clients,



highlighting cost-saving opportunities.
Partner with the Accounts team to ensure effective credit control, follow up on delayed payments, and resolve accounting issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and streamline processes.
Perform all other duties as defined by the Line Manager.

Skills & Experience
Graduate with 5–7 years of experience in the travel industry, including at least 3 years in client handling.
Robust background in client relationship management with a process-oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver persuasive presentations and manage corporate stakeholders.
Sales background preferred; MBA qualification will be considered an advantage.
Pleasant personality with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
Travel industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Education

•MBA or Graduate degree in a relevant discipline
