Job Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced Data Privacy Skilled to facilitate data privacy adoption in the ecosystem. You will train, guide, facilitate Data Protection Officers (DPOs) across our ecosystem helping them understand and comply with data protection laws. This role requires understanding of global privacy laws including DPDP Act, thorough understanding of technologies in privacy, privacy implementation experience, and training capabilities for senior leaders.

nKey Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training cohorts for DPOs and senior leaders.
n
Translate complex legal compliance requirements into practical operational workflows.
n
Build training modules covering DPDP Act, GDPR, and sector-specific privacy rules.
n
Mentor ecosystem DPOs on managing privacy incidents and regulatory reporting.
n
Monitor sector-specific laws (e.g., RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, or healthcare regulations) affecting data.
n
Ability to work with regulators and the ecosystem stakeholders.
n

nSkills and Qualifications

n

n
Should have led end-to-end privacy implementation – GAP assessment, RoPA, DPIA, Data Privacy Audits, Breach Management
n
Deployment of privacy tools for automated data discovery,



classification, and mapping.
n
Understanding of consent management architectures
n
Practical experience in Embedding Privacy by Design principles into product and engineering lifecycles.
n
Ability Evaluate and integrate Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) to minimize data risks.
n
Comprehend Data Protect Laws and its applicability
n
Active privacy certifications preferred (e.g., DCDPO, DCPLA, DCPP, CIPP/E, CIPT).

nProfessional Experience

n

Minimum 10–12 years of dedicated experience in data privacy and information governance.
n
Proven track record of implementing privacy frameworks from scratch in large ecosystems.
n
Demonstrated experience speaking to, training, or advising C-suite executives and board members.
