Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing calendar end to end, plan and run integrated campaigns, and connect every activity back to pipeline and growth. You will turn business goals into a transparent plan and give leadership a sharp view of what is working.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Execution
Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events
Own the marketing calendar, budgets, and day-to-day delivery
Coordinate agencies, designers, and writers to ship work on time
Growth & Reporting
Track funnel metrics and tie spend to measurable outcomes
Build reporting that shows leadership the return on each channel
Test, learn, and double down on what drives results
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years in marketing, growth, or campaign management
A track record of running campaigns that moved real numbers
Solid project management and clear, confident communication
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to a GCC, multinational, or high-growth environment
Comfort with analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing
