Job Summary The Loan In-Charge is responsible for managing loan-related activities, handling customer enquiries, coordinating the loan process, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. The role includes achieving assigned targets, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle loan enquiries and provide proper information to customers.
Collect and verify required documents from customers.
Process and follow up on loan applications.
Coordinate with customers and concerned teams for loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, approvals, and repayments.
Achieve assigned loan targets and support branch performance.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly loan performance reports.
Ensure proper customer communication and timely resolution of loan-related queries.




Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other team members for smooth operations.
Follow company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in loan, finance, banking, or sales-related roles Benefit.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid follow-up and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with a team.
