nWe are expanding our Member Relations team and seeking agile, driven individuals to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for timely follow-ups with members, maintaining excellent relationships, and helping the company achieve its service and recovery targets.

nKey Responsibilities

Connect with members via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on outstanding payments or account matters.
n
Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and account statuses.
n
Negotiate and agree on repayment plans, ensuring professionalism and empathy.
n
Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments for resolution.
n
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
n
Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

Languages:



Fluent in English & Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
n
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
n
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
n
Good reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
n
Basic computer skills (MS Excel ,MS Office, email, CRM tools).
n
Experience in collections, member services, or customer support preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
