Looking for a structured and results-driven Logistics Executive to manage day-to-end supply chain logistics, freight movements, and customs clearance pathways for operations in Hyderabad. The role will play a crucial part in maintaining transport efficiency, with a solid operational focus on end-to-end documentation and compliance for international import and export cargo.

Key Responsibilities
Import & Export Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage critical international trade shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Airway Bills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Letters of Credit (LC).
Customs Clearance Coordination: Coordinate closely with Customs House Agents (CHAs) and freight forwarders to ensure swift, compliant clearance of incoming raw items and outgoing shipments.
Freight & Carrier Management: Secure competitive freight booking quotes, track shipping vessels/consignments in real time, and manage delivery schedules to prevent demurrage or detention costs.
Inventory & Transit Warehousing:



Reconcile material dispatch lists with warehouse gate passes and update transport status logs within internal ERP software tracking systems.

Required Profile & Domain Preferences
Core Skills: Global Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance Procedures, Import/Export Statutory Documentation, Multi-Modal Transportation Tracking, Supply Chain Coordination.
Prior logistics coordination experience within a Trading Company, with hands-on exposure to global Import and Export lanes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain ERP tracking software, material tracking systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel, including data logs, validation, and formulas.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a highly relevant skilled domain.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
