We are hiring experienced Network Support Engineers for our team in Pallavaram, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong networking knowledge, relevant hands-on experience, and a valid CCNA certification.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Provide technical support for network connectivity and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and other network-related issues.
Identify and resolve network problems within the required SLA.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth network operations.
Maintain network documentation and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
Eligibility & Requirements
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Support Engineer.
CCNA Certification is mandatory.
Good understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in night shifts.
Salary & Advantages
Maximum Salary: 6 LPA.
Salary hike: Up to 30% over the last drawn salary, subject to the maximum offer of 6 LPA.
5 Days Working.
2 Rotational Offs.
Night Shift.
Both-way Cab Facility Available.
