We at Coforge are hiring for a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect with the following skillset:
Lead solution architecture and design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and scalability.
Ensure adherence to Microsoft's best practices, governance standards, and delivery frameworks.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
Develop and enhance reusable assets, frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Drive the upskilling of technical leads on current Dynamics 365 features, capabilities, and emerging technologies.




Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise-level CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect.
Solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and solution architecture.
Working knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Experience with data migration, security modeling, integration design, and user adoption strategies.
Proven experience leading technical teams and facilitating client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules)
