What youll do
You will bring specialized technical knowledge to product development of internal tools as well as help in end client delivery of cases
Write complex code to develop scalable, flexible, user-friendly applications across a robust technology stack including the use of AI and LLMs
Evaluate potential technologies for adoption, including recent frameworks, libraries, and tools
Support the supervisor in work-planning and brainstorming projects
Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve complex problems by applying the relevant analytical/technical tools
Lead internal meetings effectively in a focused manner; own junior-mid level client map relationships
Effectively structure communication of insights from own work stream. Deliver clear and skilled presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
Seek appropriate coaching and guidance from supervisors and proactively drive self-learning for own professional development
Motivate team members, boost team morale and exhibit role model behavior




Facilitate cross-sharing of learning/knowledge and tools within and across teams
Leverage opportunities to provide training, coaching and mentoring to fellow team members

About you

Must-have skills:
Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Next.js
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles
Experience in API services like REST and/or GraphQL
Working knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js or Python
Experience with AI-powered front-end integrations, including working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI)
Familiarity with up-to-date development tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Sound SDLC skills, preferably with experience in an agile environment
Quick learner, willing to get into the details; good at thriving in a fast-paced environm
