To support and execute new product development activities by working on design, trials, testing, and vendor coordination. The role is responsible for converting product concepts into commercial reality while meeting cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Design & Development:- Assist in design and development of new products using CAD software.- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical documentation.- Participate in prototyping, product trials, and validation.
· Project Coordination:- Work with Production, Tool Room, and Quality teams for smooth NPD execution.- Support Purchase in sourcing new raw materials, spares, or components.- Coordinate with vendors for sample development and improvements.
· Testing & Quality Assurance:- Assist in testing of new products to ensure performance and durability.- Document trial results and suggest improvements.- Ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
· Costing & Feasibility:- Support in cost estimation of new products.- Recommend design/material alternatives for cost optimization.
· Innovation & Improvement:- Research new technologies, materials, and competitor products.- Suggest innovative ideas for product enhancement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Robust technical knowledge in Mechanical & Production
· Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Solid coordination and communication abilities.
· Eagerness to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering.Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
