Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current vendors as per business requirements.
Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, capacity, and delivery capabilities.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Conduct vendor assessments and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Develop robust and long-term relationships with suppliers.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Purchase, Quality, Production, and Engineering for vendor development.
Monitor vendor performance and work on continuous improvement.
