Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a remote, contract role responsible for identifying and pursuing current business prospects, partnerships, and client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, and managing outreach campaigns to promote Unique Quality Training Services’ offerings. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their training needs,



and presenting tailored solutions. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, refine service offerings based on market feedback, and support the overall growth strategy of the organization.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities.
