Role Description
The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production activities, allocating resources, supervising shop-floor teams, and coordinating with design, quality,



and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, implementing process improvements, managing inventory related to production, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industrial safety regulations. The Production Manager will also track key performance indicators, prepare reports for management, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full time, in office role located in Coimbatore.

Qualifications
Solid production planning and control skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Experience in supervising manufacturing teams, with skills in people management, performance monitoring, and training.
Knowledge of machinery and material handling equipment, with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
