Job Summary

Enforge Energies Private Limited is looking for a high-energy, field-oriented B2B Sales & Business Development Manager to build the market for 6 mm and 8 mm biomass pellets across Pune and Mumbai regions.

This is a recent customer acquisition / hunter sales role, not a desk-based lead-coordination position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for independently identifying prospects, reaching decision-makers, conducting customer visits, qualifying applications,



coordinating paid trials, negotiating commercial terms, securing orders, ensuring collections and converting customers into recurring monthly buyers.

Hotels & resorts | Banquet halls | Restaurant chains | QSRs | Central kitchens | Caterers | Cloud kitchens | Institutional kitchens | Hospitals | Colleges & hostels | Industrial canteens | Community kitchens | Food-processing units | Sweets/farsan/namkeen manufacturers | Commercial-kitchen equipment suppliers | Biomass stove/burner manufacturers | Fuel dealers & distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Build and continuously expand a territory-wise database of qualified prospects.
Identify and connect with owners, purchase managers, executive chefs, engineering heads, facility managers and other decision-makers.
Generate business independently through cold calling, field visits, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and channel partners.
