As Mystic continues to grow, we are looking for a
Sales & Revenue Manager
who can take ownership of our sales process and help us build a structured, high-performing sales function.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales leadership role responsible for managing the journey from
qualified enquiry to confirmed booking
.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, comfortable with CRM systems and data, and genuinely interested in understanding customers and the wedding market.

You will work closely with the founders and will have significant ownership of the sales pipeline, follow-up process, conversion, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management




Manage the complete sales journey from qualified enquiry to booking.
Speak with couples and families to understand their requirements, expectations, event details, venue, priorities, and decision-making process.
Present Mystic Studios' photography and filmmaking services in a compelling and consultative manner.
Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, consultations, and negotiations.
Build trust with clients while maintaining a strong focus on conversion.
Ensure every qualified enquiry receives timely and meaningful follow-up.

CRM & Sales Process
Maintain the sales pipeline accurately in the CRM.
Ensure every active lead has a transparent stage, status, last interaction, and next action.
Build and maintain a structured follow-up system.
Monitor ageing leads and ensure opportunities do not get forgotten.
Use CRM data to identify bottlenecks and improve the sales process.
