The Regional Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. This position is responsible for leading and managing the regional sales team to achieve sales targets for the company’s pharmaceutical products, ensuring robust market penetration and sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing regional sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and conducting regular field visits to support customer engagement.
