About the Role

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with product data, and are eager to learn and grow in e-commerce operations. As a Jr. E-Commerce Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining product catalogs, onboarding and offboarding products, executing promotions, and ensuring data integrity across online channels.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure our e-commerce platforms deliver an excellent customer experience and reflect our business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Product Information Management – Maintain, update, and verify product details such as pricing, specifications, barcodes,



and associated information across multiple platforms using ERP systems and website management tools.
Product Onboarding & Offboarding – Manage the complete process of listing and delisting products across online platforms, ensuring smooth transitions in line with business requirements.
Promotions Management – Assist in planning, preparing, and executing promotional campaigns by updating product listings, applying promotion mechanics, incorporating recent offers, ensuring expired promotions are removed promptly, and managing barcodes.
Category Management – Organize, streamline, and regularly review product categories, especially current additions, to enhance site navigation and improve user experience.
Catalogue Preparation – Prepare and compile monthly catalogues, including creating wholesale offer sheets and ensuring all promotional offers are correctly represented.
