Role Description This full time Production Operator role is an in office position based in Himachal Pradesh, India.
The Production
Operator will operate and monitor machinery, support production line activities, and follow established procedures to meet daily output targets.
Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any issues or deviations. The role involves following safety guidelines, assisting with routine quality checks, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Qualifications
Ability to operate and monitor machines, with experience in Machine Operation and Production Lines.
Knowledge of basic Quality Control practices, including visual inspections and adherence to production standards.
Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with team members and supervisors.
Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions.
Basic technical or vocational education in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields is an advantage.
Previous experience in a factory or production workplace is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety protocols.
