Job Purpose
The MIS & Data Analytics Executive will be responsible for systematically managing, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting organizational data. The role involves preparing periodic MIS reports, maintaining databases, analyzing operational and financial outcomes, monitoring social media analytics, and coordinating with various departments to collect accurate and relevant information for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting & Management Reporting
Prepare and submit periodic MIS and performance reports as required by management.
Develop reports using MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint presentations.
Consolidate data from multiple departments and convert it into meaningful management reports.
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, structured, and easy to understand.
Prepare customized analytical reports and presentations as per management requirements.
Camps & Events Data Management




Systematically maintain and manage the complete database of participants attending ongoing camps, events, and organizational programs.
Analyze participant data to identify practical trends, patterns, and target groups.
Maintain historical records for future promotional activities and management requirements.
Extract selective participant information whenever required by management.
Assess and report the monetary/financial outcome of camps and events.
Health Seeker / Call Data Management
Maintain systematic records of incoming calls received from health seekers.
Consolidate and analyze incoming and outgoing call data.
Maintain call-related databases for future promotional campaigns and follow-up activities.
Generate reports related to call volumes, enquiries, follow-ups, and other relevant parameters.
Coordinate with the calling team for data collection, validation, and reporting.
