Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and drive conversions for residential real estate projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting property presentations, managing customer inquiries,



and guiding prospective buyers from initial contact through booking and documentation. The role involves close coordination with marketing and project teams to align sales plans with project timelines, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also focus on building long-term customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related industries.
Experience in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and motivating sales teams.
