Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate day-to-day accounting records, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, track outstanding customer payments, and follow up on collections.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and file timely returns for GST, TDS, and Income Tax as per statutory regulations.
Payroll Processing: Manage employee payroll computation, including deductions for PF, ESI, and skilled tax where applicable.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L; statements, and Cash Flow).
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting
Experience:



2–5 years of proven experience working as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables), and standard ERP systems.
Regulatory Knowledge: Robust operational knowledge of Indian taxation (GST laws, e-way bills, TDS slabs, and direct tax compliance).
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.

Job Details

· Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Pay: ₹8,594.31 - ₹14,000.00 per month
