With a growing team of 500+ employees across our stores and head office functions, we are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll qualified to join our HR team.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive/Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our group companies, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant salary processing across all retail and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for all employees across group brands, ensuring accuracy in salary computation, deductions, and disbursements
Maintain attendance, leave, and reimbursement records in coordination with store and HO teams
Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other applicable labor law requirements




Coordinate with the Finance team on payroll budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting
Handle full & final settlements, salary revisions, and incentive/bonus calculations
Generate payslips, Form 16, and other payroll-related documentation
Respond to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and advantages
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and statutory payroll regulations
Prepare MIS reports and payroll summaries for management review

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or related field
2–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in retail or a multi-location organization
Working knowledge of payroll software/HRMS and MS Excel
Solid understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Labour Laws)
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good communication and coordination skills
