Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business prospects, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and promoting Edvolve’s learning and development solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting through calls and meetings, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals.



The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with program design, track sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. The role requires consistent on-ground engagement with clients and partners to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in education, training, or consulting services.
Strong skills in relationship building, client communication, negotiation, and presentation.
Capability to conduct market research, identify target segments, and develop outreach strategies.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or L&D; are a plus.
