Job Description
Design high-quality visuals, layouts, and creatives across print and digital formats
Develop illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for eLearning and marketing content
Work on learning materials including storyboards, course visuals, job aids, and facilitator decks
Collaborate with content, marketing, and instructional design teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs for global clients

Requirement
Minimum 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Tools. Experience in InDesign is a must- have.
Robust visual thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling designs
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multitask across projects without compromising quality
Quick learner with a adaptable, go-getter attitude
Comfortable working with international clients and teams

Valuable to Have
Prior experience in the eLearning or L&D; industry




Exposure to learning materials such as eLearning modules, microlearning, or course content
Experience working with international markets or global clients

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Alternate Saturdays working
Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
