Signalz is building India's leading marketplace for SEBI Registered Research Analysts and Investment Advisors, giving investors direct access to trusted research while helping analysts turn their expertise into a real business. We are scaling fast, backed by a growing base of 100+ RAs, 200,000+ visitors, and live broker distribution partnerships already in motion.

About the role

We are looking for a Partnerships Lead to own our broker and institutional partnership funnel end to end, from first conversation to signed agreement to long term account management. You will work directly with the founders to expand our distribution network across brokers, AMCs, and fintech platforms, turning Signalz research into a feature every reliable investing platform wants to offer.

What you will do
Own the full partnership pipeline: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing broker and institutional deals
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at broking firms, AMCs, and fintech platforms
Structure commercial terms that work for both sides, balancing revenue share, subscription models, and compliance requirements
Work closely with product, tech,



and compliance teams to make sure every partnership launches smoothly and stays audit ready
Manage existing partner relationships post launch, tracking performance and identifying expansion opportunities
Represent Signalz at industry events and build the kind of network that keeps new conversations coming in
Report pipeline health and partnership metrics directly to the founding team

What we are looking for
Three to five years in business development, partnerships, or alliances, ideally in fintech, broking, wealth management, or capital markets
A track record of closing complex, multi stakeholder commercial deals
Comfort operating inside a regulated environment and working alongside compliance teams
Strong communicator who can hold their own in a room with senior broking executives
A self starter who thrives in a rapid moving startup where the playbook is still being written

Positive to have
An existing network of decision makers at brokers or AMCs in India
Familiarity with SEBI's research analyst or investment adviser regulations
