Business Process Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Intern who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how businesses operate and improve.

The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to map processes, track operational performance, identify gaps, maintain dashboards, and support process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to Business Analysis, Operations, Revenue Operations, Process Excellence, and Management Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Process & Workflow Management
Understand and document existing business processes and workflows.
Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, checklists, and workflow trackers.
Map As-Is and To-Be processes and identify bottlenecks.
Support implementation of improved processes across teams.
Monitor whether defined processes and SLAs are being followed.




Data & KPI Management
Maintain daily and weekly operational trackers.
Collect, validate, and analyse data from different teams.
Prepare KPI dashboards and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Track team-wise and process-wise performance against targets.
Identify trends, gaps, delays, and inconsistencies in operational data.
Process Improvement
Identify repetitive, inefficient, or manual processes.
Analyse the root cause of operational issues.
Support RCA, gap analysis, and process improvement projects.
Recommend practical solutions to improve productivity, turnaround time, quality, and efficiency.
Track the implementation and impact of improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with teams such as Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, and Marketing to collect information and close process gaps.
Follow up on pending actions and maintain action trackers.
