Key Responsibilities




Identify and generate new business prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Introduce and explain iTSoftExpert's digital and technology services to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Prepare business proposals and coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Stay updated with industry trends in Digital Marketing, Web Development, and AI Solutions.

Requirements
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or IT Services
