Growth Associate (Sales): The First voice every family hears

Blue Ocean is a selective, founder-led education consulting practice. We work closely with a small number of families, most of whom are HNIs, on a straightforward principle: develop the student, and admissions will follow. We're growing, and we're looking for the person who opens the door. The first voice a prospective family hears.

The role

You are the first point of contact for every family that reaches out. You handle the opening conversation, understand what a family is really looking for, and decide who moves forward. You also know and own how we track every lead, from first enquiry to handover, using our CRM and tools. Because you sit at the very top of the funnel, the quality of everything that follows depends on how you do this.

What you'll do
Be the first person prospective families speak to on calls, via email, and over WhatsApp.
Hold a confident, polished conversation that reflects who we are.
Qualify enquiries, answer the initial questions well, and move serious families to the next appropriate step.




Own the CRM. Keep every lead clean, current, and accounted for. Nothing slips.
Track lead flow and tell us what's working and what isn't.
Follow up properly, so no lead goes cold for the wrong reasons.

What we're looking for
Exceptional English, spoken and written. Our families expect it, and so do we.
Confidence and warmth in equal measure. You're at ease speaking with accomplished, discerning people.
A sharp, organized mind. You like systems, and you don't drop details.
Comfort with a CRM and everyday digital tools, or the ability to pick them up fast.
2 to 3 years in a client-facing, sales, or counselling role. Exceptional freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply.

The details
Compensation:
₹5 to 7 lakh per annum (based on experience), plus incentives.
Location: in office, near Connaught Place, Recent Delhi. This is not a remote role, and the work week
