Where You'll Make a Difference
Drive accurate inventory accounting and valuation processes that directly impact financial reporting.
Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and compliant reporting.
Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to improve inventory visibility and control.
Key Responsibilities




Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP system in accordance with established guidelines.
Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
Prepare reports and presentations to support financial analysis and reporting.
Support supervisors and senior team members on projects and ongoing tasks.
Monitor and analyze inventory volume drivers including production settlements, WBS, and internal order allocations.
Support allocation cycles and cost flow impacting inventory and cost of goods sold.
Execute and support actual costing runs and inventory valuation activities.
Analyze purchase price variances (PPV) and production variances, identifying root causes.
Process and validate manual inventory postings (goods in transit, accruals, corrections).
Perform inventory reconciliations (subledger vs GL) and manag
