About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counsellor / Business Development Associate to join our team.

The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, recommending suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and courses.

* Understand student requirements and provide appropriate program recommendations.

* Handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.

* Drive admissions and achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

* Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.





* Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive student experience.

* Work closely with the team to achieve business and revenue objectives.

* Ability to handle follow-ups and convert leads.

* Prior experience in counselling, inside sales, B2C sales, or business development is preferred.

* Freshers with solid communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Positive to Have

B2C sales experience is a bonus.

Candidates with experience in education sales, counselling, inside sales, or end-to-end B2C sales will be preferred.
