What would you be doing?
Lead the HRBP function for Regions across PAN India, reporting to the CHRO at bigbasket.
Drive and implement the HR strategy for the regions,



ensuring robust alignment with overall business priorities and growth plans.
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, talent management, development, succession planning and offboarding.
Partner with regional and business leaders to build a high-performance culture aligned with bigbasket’s values and business objectives.
Lead workforce planning and talent strategies in line with projected business growth and evolving workforce requirements.
Partner closely with Corporate HRBP, COEs, Talent Acquisition, L&D;, D&I; and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions for the business.
Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to senior business leaders, providing insights and solutions on people, organisation and business challenges.
Proactively gather employee and business feedback, identify people-related issues and drive interventions to improve employee experience and organizational effectivene
