About the Role

Lenstrack, a retail optical brand of Hind Empire Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Camp Activity Optometrist to conduct eye-screening camps across Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct eye examinations and accurate refraction during eye camps.
Perform basic cataract screening and identify patients who may require further ophthalmic evaluation.
Identify and refer suspected eye conditions to qualified ophthalmologists or hospitals.
Conduct vision screening and provide appropriate optical guidance.
Maintain accurate records of eye-test results and camp beneficiaries.
Educate customers about eye health, vision care, and the importance of regular eye check-ups.
Coordinate with the camp team to ensure smooth camp operations.
Travel to different locations across Chhattisgarh as required.




Follow company SOPs and maintain professional standards during all camp activities.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry / equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Valuable knowledge of refraction and basic eye-screening procedures.
Basic understanding of cataract identification and referral.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel across Chhattisgarh for camp activities.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
