Role Description The Production Manager at Rabrees India will oversee daily production operations to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, managing staff on the shop floor, coordinating with procurement for raw materials, and monitoring inventory levels. The role also involves implementing and improving quality control processes, optimizing workflows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

The Production





Manager will collaborate with management to meet output targets, support current product launches, and drive cost-effective operations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Greater Noida.

Qualifications
Experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing, with strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
Skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management within a production workplace.
Understanding of quality control, food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Ability to manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using production management tools or software; basic MS Office skills.
Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Production Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in sweets, bakery, or confectionery manufacturing is required.
