Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications on the Pega platform.
Build and configure business processes, workflows, case management solutions, and decision strategies.
Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and messaging services.
Create and maintain Pega rules, activities, data transforms, decision tables, and reports.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.




Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release activities.
Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in Pega application development.
Robust expertise in Pega BPM, Case Management, and Workflow Automation.
Experience with integrations, APIs, and database technologies.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pega certification (CSSA/LSA) is highly desirable.
