Role Overview
SGI School, Atigre, is looking for a qualified and empathetic School Psychology Counselor to support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school setting and a passion for guiding young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide socio-emotional, behavioral, and academic counseling to students across different age groups.
Identify student needs and conduct individual or group counseling sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and school administration to support student development and address behavioral concerns.
Organize mental health awareness workshops, anti-bullying drives, and life-skills sessions.
Maintain confidential records of student sessions and progress.
Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Child Psychology) or Guidance & Counseling.Experience: Mandatory experience working as a Counselor in a school setting.Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, crisis management, and interpersonal skills.
