About the role

MillD is a high-protein atta brand that lives online — and we want someone who lives there too. This is for a chronically-online person who knows how the internet actually talks: the memes, the timing, the replies, the trends before they trend. You'll be the voice in our comments and DMs, jump into conversations as they happen, and keep MillD present and fun across social.

If you're the friend who always sends the reel first, who reads comment sections for entertainment, and who can land a reply that makes people screenshot it — this is your role.

What you'll do
Be online, daily — stay plugged into what's happening across Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and wherever the conversation is, and keep MillD showing up.
Post & publish — put out reels, stories, posts, and short-form content in step with the content calendar.
Banter & engage — reply to comments and DMs in MillD's voice: quick, witty, on-brand, never robotic. Turn interactions into moments people enjoy.
Jump on trends — spot trends, memes, audios,



and cultural moments early and react quick while they're still hot.
Community — engage with our audience, creators, other brands, and relevant conversations to grow reach and warmth.
Listen — keep an eye on mentions, comments, and what people are saying about us (and the category), and flag what matters.
Feed the team — surface content ideas, trend tips, and what's landing (and what's flopping) to the creative team.

What we're looking for
Chronically online, in the best way — you genuinely understand internet culture, humour, and how each platform's audience behaves.
A natural, funny, quick writer — you can do banter and brand voice without it feeling forced.
Rapid reflexes — you react to trends and conversations in hours, not days.
Always-on and responsive — comfortable engaging through evenings/weekends when the internet is most alive (balanced sensibly).
