Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Contract Tracking
Track SOW, invoices, renewals, COLA cycles, and ensure timely follow-ups and closures. Financial Reporting
Consolidate BU inputs and maintain explicit, consistent monthly financial views. Stakeholder Coordination (Internal & External)
Partner with BU PMOs and customer supplier stakeholders to drive actions, alignment, and closure. Governance Execution
Prepare governance packs and track actions through to completion. Central Account Tracking
Maintain a unified tracker across financials, contracts, actions, and milestones. Demand & Visibility Management
Support tracking of demand requests, capacity visibility, and account-level insights. Key Skills
Solid coordination and execution discipline. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis. Understanding of financial and contract lifecycle tracking.
Familiarity with AI and automation tools to: Improve reporting efficiency. Automate repetitive tasks. Generate insights from fragmented data. Behavioral Traits
High ownership and strong follow-through. Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Commitment to operational excellence and standardization.
