Job Summary

Ten O' Clock Naturals Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive – Raw Material to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials used in cosmetic manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting and possess positive knowledge of inventory management, documentation, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming raw materials against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of raw materials as per GMP and warehouse standards.
Issue raw materials to Production as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
Conduct daily stock verification and participate in monthly stock audits.




Follow FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure proper inventory rotation.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality Assurance, and Production departments for smooth material movement.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety and EHS guidelines within the warehouse.
Report shortages, damages, excess materials, or inventory discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Assist in inventory reconciliation and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Raw Material Stores, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing industry.

Required Skills
Knowledge of GRN, MRS, FIFO, FEFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, Busy, etc.) and MS Excel.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
