ROLE SUMMARY

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating,



and overseeing all phases of construction projects at Vastu Vihar — from inception to handover. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, project planning expertise, and the ability to manage crossfunctional teams, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution

▸ Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones using MS Project or equivalent tools. ▸ Define project scope, objectives, resource allocation, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.

▸ Monitor and control project timelines to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Site Supervision & Quality Control

▸ Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring adherence to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

▸ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain construction quality and compliance.
