Role Description
The Sr. Sales Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Jodhpur, responsible for driving sales and market growth for JSW Cement in the assigned territory. The role involves managing and expanding channel partner networks, engaging with dealers, distributors,



and institutional customers, and ensuring product availability and visibility. The Sr. Sales Officer will plan and execute sales strategies, track sales performance, manage pricing and discounts within company guidelines, and support demand generation activities. Day-to-day tasks include customer visits, relationship management, handling queries and service issues, collecting market intelligence, and coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing for seamless operations. The role also includes conducting product presentations, supporting promotional campaigns, and preparing regular reports and forecasts to meet volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
