Frenesi is a rapid-growing, fashion-first women’s e-commerce brand. We are looking for an ambitious fresher to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founder across creative, e-commerce, marketing and daily business operations.

This is a high-learning, hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how a fashion brand is built from the inside.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the founder with daily priorities, follow-ups, meetings, calendars and deadlines.
Support creative work including moodboards, campaign references, social-media ideas, captions, shoot coordination and presentations.
Learn and assist with e-commerce activities such as Shopify updates, product uploads, collection checks, website testing and customer feedback tracking.
Research fashion trends, competitors, creators, new launches and brand opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, influencers, photographers and freelancers.
Maintain task trackers, meeting notes,



reports and action lists.
Support marketing, operations, customer experience and launch-day requirements as needed.
Take ownership of small projects and ensure work is completed on time.

Who We’re Looking For
Candidates with 0–2 year of experience may apply.
A graduate or final-year student who can work full-time from our Mohali office.
Robust interest in fashion, e-commerce, branding, content and social media.
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Basic comfort with Canva, Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn is essential.
Someone who follows through, notices details and does not wait to be told every next step.
