Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance in line with company policies and legal requirements. This full time, in office role based in Mumbai involves supporting employee lifecycle processes,



coordinating payroll inputs, managing attendance and leave records, and assisting with performance management activities. The HR Executive will serve as a point of contact for employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help resolve workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner. The role also includes drafting and updating HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment and selection activities, and collaborating with management to ensure a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing the employee lifecycle.
