Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their real estate needs, present suitable property options, and guide them through the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, managing leads, following up on inquiries,



and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The role also involves coordinating property visits, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and proposals, and supporting marketing initiatives to generate current business. The Sales Specialist will build strong client relationships, provide explicit and timely information, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with clients and internal teams
Customer Service skills to provide responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented support
Sales skills for prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation in real estate or related sectors
Training and Sales Management skills to support team development and help drive consistent sales performance
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-facing environment in Bengaluru
