Role Description
This is a part time Human Resources Intern role based in Bengaluru,



structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, and coordinating interviews for student and qualified roles. Responsibilities include helping maintain HR records, supporting onboarding and orientation processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives across the student community and internal team. The role will also involve assisting with the implementation of HR policies, gathering feedback on employee experiences, and preparing basic HR reports and documentation. The intern will work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth people processes that align with the organization’s mission and culture.
