We are hiring Ecommerce Voice Process Executives for our Gurgaon location. If you have excellent customer service skills and experience in a voice process, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
Resolve payment and account-related concerns over voice calls.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Meet quality,
productivity, and customer service standards.
Maintain explicit and qualified communication with customers.
Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 1 year of Voice Process experience (mandatory).
Good International Voice Communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
