Launch Project Manager – Pharmaceutical

Location: WFH | Delhi NCR candidates preferred

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Working Days: 5 Days

CTC: ₹8–13 LPA | Maximum up to ₹13 LPA for solid candidates

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with robust pharmaceutical commercial/product launch experience. The role will support cross-functional launch activities, project tracking, reporting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain integrated launch plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and project trackers.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops and follow-ups.
Track action items, project risks, issues and status updates.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Manage budgets, accruals, variance tracking,



and quarterly spend plans.
Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, and Operations teams.

Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches.
Strong Commercial Pharma / late-stage launch experience.
Experience with integrated launch plans, RAID logs and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with budget, accrual, and variance management.
Solid knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
Comfortable working permanently in a US shift.
