About the Role
As Bolt.Earth continues to scale its business and transition towards a direct billing model with dealers, we are looking for a Finance Intern to support the Finance team with increased operational activities related to invoicing, collections, reconciliation,
and dealer coordination.
This role will provide an prospect to gain hands-on exposure to finance operations in a quick-growing EV company while supporting the team in streamlining and improving day-to-day processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Finance team in preparing and processing invoices for dealers and other customers.
Assist with tracking outstanding payments and collections from dealers.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and collection status.
Support account reconciliation and identify discrepancies in billing and payment records.
Coordinate with internal teams and dealers for invoice-related queries and payment follow-ups.
Assist in maintaining and updating finance trackers and reports.
Support the team in validating billing data and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
