We are building a technology-enabled custom manufacturing platform from India and are looking for experienced professionals to join our Sourcing and Commercial team.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Manager – Strategic Sourcing who will be responsible for New Product Development (NPD), strategic sourcing, supplier development, costing, and supplier management for forgings, fittings,



fasteners, and machined components.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on technical expertise in machining and forging processes, along with experience in should costing, supplier audits, NPD, quality systems, and commercial negotiations.

The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to ensure the right supplier, optimal cost, high quality, and on-time product development.

Key Responsibilities
Recent Product Development (NPD)

* Lead the end-to-end development of machined and forged components from RFQ to SOP.

* Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T; to assess manufacturability and feasibility.

* Work with suppliers on DFM/DFA, VA/VE, process optimization, cost reduction, and lead-time reduction.

* Track prototypes, tooling, samples, inspection, approvals, and production readiness.

* Ensure NPD milestones are achiev
