Role Description
The Sales Engineer role at MODERN SURGICALS is a full time, in office position based in Guwahati. The Sales Engineer will manage the sales process for surgical and medical products, including identifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical explanations tailored to customer needs. This role involves regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities, building relationships with medical professionals and procurement teams,



and following up on leads to close sales. The Sales Engineer will provide technical support and guidance before and after sales, assist with installation or product orientation where needed, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, preparing proposals and quotations, monitoring market trends, and reporting on sales activities and prospects.
