Role Description
This is a full time Team Leader role focused on PLC, drive, servo, and SCADA systems, based in the Greater Chennai Area with a hybrid work model that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The team leader will oversee design, programming, testing, and commissioning of automation solutions, ensuring that PLC logic, drive configurations, servo controls, and SCADA screens meet project requirements and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a technical team,



assigning tasks, reviewing engineering documentation, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting in office installations and maintenance activities. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing technical reports, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures. The team leader will also mentor team members, support skills development, and contribute to continuous improvement in automation processes and tools.

Qualifications
Robust expertise in PLC programming, configuration, and troubleshooting for industrial automation applications.
Hands-on experience with drive systems and servo controls, including parameter setting, tuning, and integration with PLCs.
Proficiency in SCADA development and HMI design, including data acquisition, visualization, and alarm management.
